Country

It seems self-explanatory but things could be difficult. The primary criterion is the geographical location of a blog.

Nevertheless, while the copyright owner (a company’s brand like Nespresso) could be located in Switzerland, the blog is in the U.S. This is the case with Nestlé’s Purina Chow brand whose legal home is in Switzerland but the blog itself is written and managed in the US.

In an opposite case, the domain could be .com but the blog is actually written and managed in South Africa. In fact Panasonic has a blog in South Africa that is owned by its subsidiary in that country while being written and managed by that subsidiary’s staff.

Matters are different with a private and self-employed individual or entrepreneur where the copyright owner and blog location are likely the same country.
