This variable addresses who is behind the social media effort. What kind of organization.

0 = other
1 = not-for-profit organization (e.g., non-governmental organization or NGO, school, government and charity);
2 = corporation (e.g., Inc, PTY Ltd, GmbH and SA)

The above means that a private person’s social media effort would be scored under the category other.
