Work visually
If we were to stress the importance of visualizing properly the composite indicators, we would use the general remark made by Schumpeter 1933:
- “…as long as we are unable to put our arguments into figures, the voice of our science, although occasionally it may help to dispel gross errors, will never be heard by practical men.”
the most important part is that we can do two things; choose WHICH data to visualize (including context) and HOW it should be visualized. And data should in a perfect scenario be any of the metrics or dimensions you collected. For more information about visualization please see:
